The Salad Project was founded in 2021 by two young men with a vision to reinvent salads. Starting with just one store, they have impressively expanded to eleven locations across London in just a few years. Their mission is straightforward: to make salad better by offering fresh and vibrant options that challenge the traditional view of this healthy dish. With creative recipes and high-quality ingredients, The Salad Project aims to change how people think about eating salads, making them exciting and enjoyable.
Over a two years ago, we were contacted by The Salad Project after they admired a neighbouring restaurant’s outdoor cafe barrier system. They were particularly interested in our Rustic Cafe Posts and Canvas Cafe Banners for their Mansion House Space. We were absolutely thrilled when they approached us in the first instance, as it showed they valued our expertise and trust in our capabilities.
The Salad Project was so happy with the installation at their Mansion House Space, this then lead to 2 more projects; one for Tottenham Court Road where they faced a challenge with their outdoor seating area, which was on a slight incline. To address this, we conducted a site visit to measure the area and assess the incline. As a result, we custom-designed their Rustic Character Oak Cafe Barrier Posts, Cross Beams, and Canvas Cafe Banners to align perfectly with the gradient.
The other installation was a bespoke project for their new location in Victoria, London. Collaborating closely, we developed our lightweight Anterior Cafe Panels, designed to use with our Advance Cafe Barrier Posts and for easy daily setup by the staff. Working with their designers, we customised the panels to match their company’s colour scheme, and they now proudly adorn the exterior of their store.
We look forward to partnering with The Salad Project again for future refurbishments and new openings, and we appreciate their trust in our products!
